Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Vantage Partners, LLC is a multi-disciplinary engineering services company providing progressive solutions to projects within the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the NASA prime contractor community.

We are seeking a self-starting, motivated part-time receptionist/administrative assistant to join our office in Brook Park, Ohio.  Duties and responsibilities will include: 

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Maintains security by following procedures; issuing visitor badges; monitoring logbook
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident

 

Other Desired Skills:

  • Candidate should have excellent telephone and verbal communication skills, professionalism and some administrative experience.

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
