Schedule Analyst


Vantage Partners, LLC is a multi-disciplinary engineering services company providing progressive solutions to projects within the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the NASA prime contractor community.

The selected Schedule Analyst will support the facilities and projects at the NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities will include the following:


  • Develop and maintain project and/or facility Resource Loaded Schedule (RLS) for in-house activities
  • Develop and maintain a project and/or facility integrated master schedule (IMS) including in-house, contractor, and partner Center inputs
  • Support the evaluation of the partner Center schedule(s)
  • Prepare project and/or facility summary schedules for reporting to GRC, Project Office, and Program Office Management
  • Support the development and review of the in-house, partner Center, and Prime Contractor monthly EVM reports (Cost Performance Reports) and provide analysis findings
  • Coordinate and/or support Project/Facility Schedule Status meetings
  • Coordinate with GRC and partner Center Business Management personnel as required to perform listed tasks
  • Perform a schedule risk assessment with technical inputs and schedule risk and cost loading activities




  • MS Office products, MS Project 2016
  • Excellent organizational skill, comfort with communication with multiple levels of management
  • Experience developing / maintaining resource loaded schedules
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and facility personnel to create accurate detailed schedules
  • Ability to summarize detailed schedules into one-page presentation graphics
  • Understanding of schedule logic and schedule development best practices
  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status required


Other Desired Skills:


  • NASA project support experience
  • Experience with scheduling and utilization planning of test facilities and/or specialized services
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with schedule evaluation and developing an Integrate Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Experience developing and/or assessing Earned Value Management (EVM) reports
  • Experience with schedule risk assessment, schedule confidence level analysis, and joint cost & schedule confidence level (JCL) analysis




  • BA/BS with 2- 10 years of experience
