Senior Project Schedule Analyst



The selected candidate will support projects at the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Capture and integrate lower-level project schedules in various formats and integrate into a server environment for analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a project integrated master schedule (IMS) including in-house, contractor, and partner Center inputs.
  • Support the evaluation of the partner Center schedule(s).
  • Prepare project summary schedules for reporting to GRC, Project Office, and Program Office Management.
  • Coordinate a bi-weekly Project Schedule status meeting.
  • Coordinate with GRC and partner Center business management personnel as required to perform listed tasks.



  • Experience developing/maintaining resource loaded schedules, evaluating schedules, and developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). 
  • IMS development to include the capture and integration of multiple lower-level project schedules in various formats and integration into a server environment for analysis. This is provided to achieve integrated cost-schedule baseline definitions to be used for planning and control of program level decisions at NASA.
  • Exposure to formulation activities and the development of schedules with the correct level of fidelity to appeal to NASA Headquarters (HQ).
  • Comfort with communication within multiple levels of management including NASA Headquarters.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products, MS Project 2016; Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers and program/project managers to create summary schedules and accurate, detailed schedules.
  • Experience supporting schedule risk assessment, schedule confidence level analysis, and joint cost and schedule confidence level (JCL) analysis.
  • Experience developing/assessing Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
  • Experience performing schedule risk assessments using Monte Carlo techniques with technical inputs, schedule risk and cost loading activities.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.


Other Desired Skills:

  • NASA project support experience
  • PMP certification 
  • Knowledge and experience using C Sharp, HTML, and Sequel Server programming languages
  • Knowledge and utilization of SNA Proteus Project Server is a plus 

Project and program risk analysis experience utilizing Barbecana Full Monte, JACS, Polaris, or @RISK risk analysis software


• B.A. or B.S. degree is required


• 10-15 years of experience
