Senior Project Schedule Analyst

The selected candidate will support projects at the NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Cleveland, Ohio including NASA Plum Brook Station in Sandusky, Ohio (travel may be required).
 
Develop and maintain an overall project schedule. Obtain status of work efforts from stakeholders. Maintain a milestone and deliverables registry. Provide what-if schedule analysis. 
Coordinate activities among stakeholders and identify potential conflicts and critical paths. Work to resolve those conflicts. 
Manage test customer requirements. Track changes and analyze impact among stakeholders. 
Draft and maintain test management documents including test descriptions, plans, hazards analysis. Maintain a document tree listing all test management documents. 
Assemble and track list of test “Red Lines”. The red lines are critical test abort parameters.
Prepare project summary schedules for reporting to GRC, Project Office, and Program Office Management.
Coordinate a bi-weekly Project Schedule status meeting.
 
 Requirements:
 
Self-starter; strong knowledge of MS Office products, MS Project 2016; excellent organizational skills.
Experience developing/maintaining resource loaded schedules, evaluating schedules, and developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).  
IMS development to include the capture and integration of multiple lower-level project schedules in various formats and integration into a server environment for analysis. This is provided to achieve integrated cost-schedule baseline definitions to be used for planning and control of program level decisions at NASA.
Comfort with communication within multiple levels of management.
Ability to collaborate with engineers and program/project managers to create summary schedules and accurate, detailed schedules.
Experience performing schedule risk assessments using Monte Carlo techniques with technical inputs, schedule risk and cost loading activities.
U.S. citizenship is required

PMP certification  
Experience supporting schedule risk assessment and reporting
